Description
La Reine is a small parcel Chardonnay from Domaine Labet, grown in the ‘La Reine’ lieu-dit in the Sud-Revermont area of the Jura. The wine is vinified as a topped-up white (ouillé) and aged for an extended period in oak barrels; production is very limited and focused on expressing the red-clay over Bajocien limestone terroir. It is commonly offered under the Côtes du Jura designation and is one of the domaine’s parcel-specific Chardonnays.
