The Domaine Labet Côtes du Jura “Les Varrons” (Pinot Noir) is a parcellaire cuvée made from massal-selection vines in Rotalier, in the southern Jura. It is produced following the estate’s traditional methods and aged in used oak, aiming to express the Pinot Noir’s finesse on the region’s Bajocian limestone soils. The wine highlights a terroir-driven, precise profile typical of Labet’s single-parcel bottlings.
