Description

Fleur de Savagnin “En Chalasse” from Domaine Labet is a white wine from the Côtes du Jura appellation produced in Rotalier. It is made from Savagnin vines planted in the “En Chalasse” parcel, a vineyard worked organically and vinified/aged by parcel before blending. The cuvée reflects the Savagnin expression of the Jura, crafted to showcase the grape and the site’s geological character.
