Domaine Labet’s Savagnin “Le CrĂȘt” Maceration 2023 is a Jura white (AOC CĂŽtes‑du‑Jura) made from Savagnin grapes vinified with skin contact. The wine undergoes extended maceration and is aged in amphorae and used 228‑liter barrels, giving it a lively profile with a slightly tannic texture. Flavors and aromas include citrus peel and delicate spice, supported by bright acidity and mineral drive.
