Description

Serres-Seques is a dry white produced by Domaine Lajibe in the Jurançon area of Béarn. Made mainly from Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng, it shows citrus and white-fleshed fruit aromas supported by fresh acidity and a stony mineral character. The grapes come from steep, Pyrenees-facing parcels farmed with organic and biodynamic methods. It is expressed as a precise, freshness-driven Jurançon dry white that emphasizes its terroir.
