Lamy-Caillat's Les Caillerets comes from Chardonnay on well-exposed slopes, where shallow soil covers stony marl. The vineyard's name itself refers to pebbles, a defining feature of this site. Its parcels include vines planted in 1960 and 1982. Florence Lamy and Sébastien Caillat follow a patient approach, with extended maturation in a cold, humid cellar and hand bottling without filtration. The cuvée brings richness, tension and harmony together. This Premier Cru focuses on texture and gradual development across the palate, with time playing an essential role in allowing its character to emerge.
