Lamy-Pillot's Le Montrachet Grand Cru comes from a tiny Chardonnay parcel, among the family's most prized vineyard holdings. Hand harvesting is followed by maturation in oak barrels, with timing adjusted to the vintage. The general profile brings together flowers, exotic fruit, honey, toasted almond and gentle spices, alongside mineral impressions. The palate combines structure with harmonious roundness and pronounced persistence. This cuvée stands at the top of the range of a family estate rooted in Chassagne-Montrachet since 1973, with close attention to grape quality and a measured approach to cellar work.
