Domaine Le Puy de l'Ours' Les Monsnières is a white Côte de Beaune Chardonnay from the summit of Beaune's slopes, at around 350 metres. The parcel was planted in 1992 and partly replanted in 2015; its soil combines clay and stones. The bunches are pressed whole, and the wine matures in oak barrels of different sizes. The cuvée belongs to Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux's estate, based in Savigny-lès-Beaune. The property's name interweaves their surnames, accompanying a project devoted to the expression of individual sites.
