Description

A Meursault Premier Cru white from Domaine Leflaive, sourced from the Sous le Dos d'Âne climat on the Puligny-Meursault border. The vines are farmed biodynamically and grapes are hand-harvested. Winemaking includes long pneumatic pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak, and ageing for 12 months in barrels on the lees followed by 10 months in stainless steel on fine lees. The wine offers a refined, mineral-driven profile with orchard fruit and subtle floral notes.
