Pan! Le Blanc 2022 is Les Aricoques' concrete-aged interpretation of Altesse. The grapes come from approximately fifty-year-old vines on moraine soils; following direct pressing, the juice settles for twelve hours before fermenting in egg-shaped vessels. Six months of ageing in concrete eggs follows. This approach keeps the Savoie variety at the centre of the wine, without the barrel maturation used for the domaine's separate Roussette bottling. The name Pan! refers to the Frangypans, the inhabitants of Frangy, connecting this cuvée to the home village of Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon.
