Pan! Le Rouge expresses the most immediate side of Les Aricoques, the Frangy project founded by friends Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon. Gamay provides its connecting thread, handled through gentle extraction and winemaking that retains a proportion of whole bunches. Tank ageing supports this focus on freshness, while the composition and sourcing of the grapes can change with the harvest. The cuvée therefore maintains a distinct identity alongside the barrel-aged Rouge Vin de Savoie. Its name, Pan!, also refers to its roots, borrowing from Frangypans, the local nickname for the people of Frangy.
