Description

The 2014 Extra Brut 'Montagne' from Domaine Les Monts Fournois is a vintage Champagne sourced from the Grand Cru vineyards of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is composed equally of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (50/50) and is released with an extra‑brut dosage of about 3.5 g/L. It offers focused orchard fruit and fine brioche notes with a chalky mineral backbone characteristic of its Grand Cru origin. Pairs well with richer seafood and refined shellfish preparations.
