Description

The Côtes Catalanes Matassa Rouge 2022 from Domaine Matassa is an IGP red from the Roussillon region, made predominantly from old-vine Carignan. The blend is approximately 80% Carignan and 20% white grapes, with maturation in wood. The wine is produced with a low-intervention approach in both vineyard and cellar and shows noticeable structure and tannins. It pairs well with meat dishes and regional cuisine.
