Maxime Dubuet-Boillot's En Largillière comes from a parcel above Les Grands Epenots in northern Pommard. Purchased by the family in the 1920s, it has red soils rich in iron and manganese and a south-southeast exposure. Hand harvesting precedes spontaneous fermentation with a proportion of whole bunches. The wine matures in French oak, allowing the Pinot Noir's character to emerge. A lively, fresh opening introduces small red fruits; the palate builds gradually, supported by fine tannins and an extended finish that balances the cuvée's energy and substance.
