Description

Domaine Neumeyer's Bulle L Blanc is a sparkling wine from Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois grown on east- and southeast-facing marl-limestone soils. The organically grown grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and lees ageing take place in stainless steel; the bottle fermentation uses grape must from the following harvest. No sugar or sulphur dioxide is added, and the wine is unfiltered. A light deposit is part of this approach. The label is by artist Levalet; before serving, the bottle should be kept cool and upright.
