Domaine Neumeyer's Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles belongs to the Alsatian estate's sweet wines. The selection of berries affected by noble rot accompanies an expression in which richness and texture play central roles. The vines grow on southeast-facing marl-limestone soils and are farmed organically. Harvesting is manual; fermentation relies on indigenous yeasts, and the wine rests on its fine lees in large oak vessels.
