Description

Les Bauchets from Domaine Nowack is a blanc de noirs made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Les Bauchets parcel at Vandières in the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne. Vinification commonly uses native yeasts and aging in small oak barrels, with no fining or filtration; releases are frequently low-dosage (Extra Brut/Brut Nature). The wine combines solid structure and mineral tension with red fruit character and lively acidity.
