The 2023 Marsannay La Montagne from Domaine Olivier Guyot is a red Marsannay made from Pinot Noir. It comes from clay-limestone soils and is aged about 14–18 months in French oak barrels. The wine shows a ruby colour with red and black fruit aromas (raspberry, black cherry) and subtle toasty notes; it pairs well with red meat and cheeses.
