Description

From Domaine Olivier Leflaive, the Bourgogne Cuvée Margot 2022 is a red Bourgogne made entirely from Pinot Noir. The wine is assembled from roughly twenty plots across the Côte de Beaune (from Santenay to Pernand-Vergelesses) and the grapes are picked by hand. Vinification uses 100% destemmed fruit with a 15–20 day maceration and around 16 months maturation including a large proportion in oak, producing a structured yet fresh expression of red fruit.
