Description

Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles Récolte du Domaine 2017 is a Chardonnay-based white from Domaine Olivier Leflaive. Sourced from the Les Pucelles climat with calcareous clay soils and mature vines, vinification includes gentle pressing and barrel ageing of about 17 months with a percentage of new oak. The palate shows concentrated orchard fruit, lively acidity and a rounded, creamy texture with toasted accents. Alcohol 13.5% by volume.
