Description

Made by Domaine Olivier Leflaive, the Santenay 2023 is a white wine from Chardonnay grown on the calcareous-clay slopes of Santenay. Fermented (including malolactic fermentation) in oak and aged for 12 months (about 13% new oak), it offers aromas of ripe white fruit with subtle woody notes. On the palate it is harmonious and refreshing, with solid structure and a balanced finish; alcohol 14% ABV. Recommended serving temperature 10–12 °C.
