The 2022 Cuvée Philippa from Domaine Paul Cherrier is a dry Sancerre from the Verdigny area in the Loire. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, it offers aromas of Granny Smith apple, lemon and a mineral, slightly saline character. Medium-bodied with pronounced acidity and a clean finish, it pairs well with fish and shellfish.
