Description

Côte Rôtie “Les Jumelles” is a cuvée from Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné made in the Côte‑Rôtie appellation of the northern Rhône Valley. It is produced from 100% Syrah grown on steep terraces between the Côte Blonde and the Côte Brune, showing notes of dark fruit, spice and floral nuances. The wine has a firm structure and noticeable tannins, making it well suited to roasted or braised red meat dishes.
