Gevrey Chambertin Justice des Seuvrées

Information

Description

Produced by Domaine Perrot‑Minot, the Gevrey‑Chambertin “Justice des Seuvrées” is a village-level wine made from the blend of two traditional plots, La Justice and Les Seuvrées. It is based on Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits and reflects the domaine’s approach to Gevrey‑Chambertin village cuvées. Aromatically it typically shows red fruit and spice characters with a notable mineral thread that adds depth. Depending on vintage it can be enjoyed relatively young or allowed to develop with a few years of cellaring.
