Les Beaux Monts is one of the vineyards that joined Perrot-Minot through the acquisition of Domaine Pernin-Rossin in 2000. Planted in 1955, the Premier Cru parcel connects the history of the Morey-Saint-Denis estate with the vineyards of Vosne-Romanée. Christophe Perrot-Minot particularly emphasises its mineral character, an enduring reference in his interpretation of the site. The wine is one of the family's principal expressions in the village, built on knowledge of old vines and attention to differences between parcels. It reflects the estate's geographical expansion while retaining a distinct identity.
