Les Tuvilains brings Pierre-Olivier Garcia’s work to a Beaune premier cru where clay and limestone are closely interwoven. The Pinot Noir comes from mature vines, selected with the attention to raw material that has guided the project since its beginnings in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 2016. Vinification combines different ways of handling the grapes, adapting whole-cluster use and destemming to the wine, followed by oak maturation. Preserving berry integrity as far as possible aims to maintain aromatic detail and a clear sense of origin. This cuvée carries that artisanal precision into the landscape of the Côte de Beaune.
