Les Grandes Vignes is one of Pierre-Olivier Garcia’s parcel-based Nuits-Saint-Georges wines, intended to retain a distinct voice within his Pinot Noir range. The producer combines whole bunches, destemmed grapes and berries individually cut by hand with their pedicels intact, adapting these components to the cuvée. The baie-par-baie process demands time and precision but helps preserve fruit integrity and aromatic detail. Oak maturation accompanies an expression the importer describes through delicate floral nuances and velvety tannins. The wine therefore reflects an artisanal approach that places the individuality of the climat at the centre of the work.
