The 2023 Côtes du Jura Blanc “Chardonnay de la Reculée” from Domaine Pignier is a dry white wine made primarily from Chardonnay grown in the domaine’s vineyards around Montaigu in the Jura. The estate is farmed biodynamically and holds Demeter certification. The wine is pale‑straw in color with delicate aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit, reflecting the Jura reculée terroir.
