Description

Clos des Corvées is Prieuré Roch’s Premier Cru monopole at the entrance to Prémeaux. The vineyard forms a continuous holding of more than five hectares, gradually reassembled after its medieval divisions. Its southern boundary follows the distinctive chemin des dalles, marked by flat stones and connected with the area’s historic routes. The clos cuvée is associated with the selection of millerandé bunches containing small berries. The wine expresses density and structure, with a fleshy character and long persistence. Its strength remains closely linked to the identity of this unified vineyard.
