Description

Domaine Raymond Usseglio’s Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape Blanc “Pure Clairette” 2023 is an AOP white made entirely from Clairette (50% Clairette Rose, 50% Clairette Blanche). The grapes come from sandy, north‑facing parcels in the Bois Sénéchaux area; fermentation and aging take place in large foudres and demi‑muids for about six months. Aromas of orange blossom and stone fruit lead to an elegant, fresh palate with a mineral, slightly saline finish.
