Description

The Meursault from Domaine Robert Ampeau is a Côte de Beaune white made primarily from Chardonnay grown in parcels within the village (including Sous la Velle and Les Crotots) and from the estate’s well-known premier crus. Winemaking follows a traditional cellar approach with oak ageing and a practice of extended bottle maturation before release. On the palate the wines present a broad, often richly textured profile balanced by mineral tension and notable ageing potential.
