Description

Domaine Rostaing's La Bonnette is a Viognier Condrieu associated with the appellation's sandy granite soils. Southwest exposure accompanies grape ripening. Fermentation and subsequent maturation take place in stainless steel, keeping the grape variety's character central. The wine shows richness and power, with a mineral element and clearly defined fruit. Lychee, passion fruit and white flowers form part of its general profile. The cuvée expresses the white-wine side of the Rostaing family's work in the northern Rhône, alongside its red wines from Côte-Rôtie.
