Description

Domaine Rostaing's Les Lézardes Blanc is a Collines Rhodaniennes Viognier produced from two parcels near the Condrieu vineyards of La Bonnette and Sainte-Agathe. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The cuvée therefore extends the family's work with northern Rhône whites beyond the boundaries of Condrieu while retaining the same grape variety as its reference. It belongs to the estate founded by René Rostaing in 1971 and subsequently continued by Pierre. Grape origin and vessel choice define a cellar approach without oak maturation.
