Description

Domaine Rostaing's Puech Noble Blanc originates around Langlade, near Nîmes, in the Languedoc. The blend combines Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, also known as Rolle, and Viognier. The vineyard lies on predominantly limestone sedimentary soils in a landscape formerly covered by garrigue. The hot, dry climate contributes to grape ripening. The wine has body and structure, with citrus and mineral suggestions; time in bottle encourages the integration of its different varieties. The cuvée therefore represents the Rostaings' work in an area distinct from their northern Rhône vineyards.
