Description

Domaine Rostaing's Puech Noble Rouge comes from a Languedoc plateau near Nîmes with limestone soils and rounded stones. The property, initially called Puech Chaud, was purchased by the family in the late 1990s. The blend brings together Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache, while maturation combines barrels and tanks. Elevation and position make the site relatively cool compared with nearby areas of the southern Rhône. The cuvée develops the Rostaings' work with Syrah in a different geological setting, where limestone and Mediterranean varieties define its origin.
