Roulot's Bourgogne Chardonnay introduces the estate's style through grapes from the areas of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Clay and limestone soils and attentive vineyard work connect it with the parcel-focused approach that defines the domaine. In the cellar, maturation combines oak and stainless steel, accompanying the wine's development while preserving a clear structural outline. Jean-Marc Roulot, who has directed the estate since 1989, seeks freshness, precision and a distinct mineral character. The regional appellation therefore provides a direct introduction to his interpretation of Chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune.
