The Domaine Roux Saint‑Aubin Blanc 2022 is a still white wine from the Saint‑Aubin appellation (Côte de Beaune, Bourgogne). It is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the domaine’s Saint‑Aubin vineyards. The wine displays the territorial character of Saint‑Aubin whites, combining freshness, floral aromas and a pronounced mineral signature from the local clay‑limestone soils. It can be enjoyed young but also benefits from a few years of cellaring.
