The Domaine Saint‑Préfert Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape Blanc 2023 is a white wine from the AOP Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape produced by Isabel Ferrando. It is made mainly from Clairette and Roussanne sourced from the estate’s parcels, farmed using organic and biodynamic practices. Aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit are followed by a fresh, saline-tinged palate with good persistence.
