Description

Domaine Simon Colin’s Chassagne-Montrachet is a village-level white from the commune of Chassagne-Montrachet. The cuvée is drawn from several parcels on clay-limestone soils and is made predominantly from Chardonnay, giving the wine mineral drive, lively acidity and white-fruit character. While approachable in its youth, the wine gains additional structure and complexity with a few years of aging.
