Description

The 2018 Les Perrières is among the first expressions of this Meursault Premier Cru in Thierry Pillot's range. The cuvée joined his micro-négoce project that year, following the collaboration established with Pearl of Burgundy in 2017. Work begins with strict selection of grapes from partner growers, with Thierry involved in deciding when to harvest. The fruit then reaches his cellar, where it receives the same attention as estate-grown grapes through vinification, barrel maturation and bottling. This small-scale release adds a precisely identified origin to the producer's exploration of the Côte de Beaune's white wines.
