Description

Produced by Domaine Thomas-Collardot, Bourgogne Blanc “Les Petits Poiriers” is a Burgundy white made from Chardonnay grown in a small plot in Puligny-Montrachet. Vinification includes gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 350 L oak barrels and 10–12 months lees ageing, followed by brief blending in stainless steel. The wine shows aromatic white-flower notes and a mineral-fresh palate with green-pear nuances.
