The Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Folatières” from Domaine Thomas-Collardot is a white wine from Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune (Bourgogne). It is made from Chardonnay grown in the domaine’s Les Folatières climat. Aromas of white flowers, linden and almond lead into a rounded palate with ripe fruit and subtle honeyed notes, finishing with a persistent saline minerality.
