Description

The Puligny‑Montrachet “Les Climats” from Domaine Thomas Collardot is a white wine from the Puligny‑Montrachet appellation in the Côte de Beaune. Made entirely from Chardonnay, it is an assemblage of the domaine’s individual climats, drawing from village parcels and some premier‑cru plots. Vinification includes fermentation in 350 L oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and 10–12 months lees ageing; the estate is certified organic.
