Produced by Domaine Violot-Guillemard, this wine comes from the Blanchot-Dessus climat, classified as a 1er Cru in Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune. It is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown on a small parcel of the vineyard. On the palate it shows mineral character and white-fruit notes with an elegant, medium-bodied structure.
