Produced by Domaine Violotā€‘Guillemard in Pommard (Burgundy), this Pommard 1er Cru comes from the Les Petits Ɖpenots climat. It is made from Pinot Noir and reflects the domaineā€™s approach, which aims to highlight the grapeā€™s finesse. Vinification includes controlled maceration and oak ageing for roughly 14ā€“18 months, partly in new barrels. The wine displays the structure and concentration typical of Pommard premier crus.
