Description

Les Bouchères is a Meursault Premier Cru complementing Y. Clerget's historic holdings within the small négoce activity Thibaud established in 2019. The vineyard occupies a southeast-facing slope, with abundant stones and limestone rock in its soil. Chardonnay takes on a mineral character here, accompanied by well-integrated oak maturation. Thibaud, who has directed the family production since 2015, brings to this selection the same attention he gives the domaine's individual origins. The result sets the substance of white Meursault alongside a clearly defined vineyard identity, adding another perspective to a family range long associated with the Côte de Beaune.
