Domaines Ott’s Château de Selle Rosé is a Côtes de Provence from limestone hills and dry soils. Grenache leads the blend, joined by Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre, varieties contributing balance, softness, fruit and structure. A pale pink colour carries silvery reflections. The estate’s general description combines citrus and white blossom with a subtle mineral impression, while peach and citrus peel return on the palate. A clear opening and taut shape carry the wine towards a long, lightly spicy finish, balancing the substance of its texture with finesse.
