Château Romassan Rosé represents the Bandol identity of Domaines Ott. Acquired by the family in 1956, the estate lies in Le Castellet, between the Sainte-Baume massif and the Mediterranean. Marl and limestone soils provide a setting for Mourvèdre, the central variety in this rosé, alongside Cinsault and Grenache. In the domaine’s account of its style, Mourvèdre contributes structure, Grenache adds depth and Cinsault brings suppleness. Vineyards spanning valley sites and slopes contribute to its textured character, connecting the wine closely with its Provençal landscape and appellation.
