Domaines Ott’s Clos Mireille Blanc is a Côtes de Provence whose identity is linked to a coastal vineyard. Sémillon leads the blend, providing structure and breadth, while Rolle contributes balance and aromatic complexity. The wine matures on fine lees in large wooden vessels, with lees stirring. The estate describes a pale gold colour with silver reflections and a taut palate carrying white peach and nut-like notes. A saline finish completes this white, conceived for the table and with the ability to develop further as it ages.
