Description
Domaines Schlumberger's Riesling Les Princes Abbés brings together grapes mainly from the Bollenberg site and the ground of Saering, Kessler and Kitterlé. The cuvée therefore presents several origins within the Alsatian estate through a single grape variety. Winemaking involves slow pneumatic pressing and static settling of the must. Fermentation takes place in large temperature-controlled foudres before a period on the lees accompanies the wine's development. It belongs to the Les Princes Abbés range, interpreting Riesling through the meeting of different parcels and a period of rest in the cellar.
